I am an experienced therapist offering short-term or longer, open-ended therapy with individuals or couples. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem as well as work, family and relationship issues. I have specific experience working with bereavement, grief, loss and domestic abuse.
Some of us seek counselling because of a crisis in our lives. For others, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or life issues become overwhelming. Often it’s hard to turn to family and friends for a number of reasons.
