MA, Adv. Dip., MBACP; UKCP reg. Integrative Psychotherapist
Whether you are seeking therapy for a crisis situation, feel stuck or overwhelmed by a problem in your life – or simply find that life seems rather meaningless – Gill offers a safe, objective and supportive space where you can express yourself without being judged.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist with a Masters and Advanced Diploma from Regent’s University, London, Gill draws on a number of therapeutic approaches, tailored to suit your individual needs. These include Attachment Theory, psychodynamic and existential thinking, CBT and Mindfulness. She has worked in a number of clinical settings including private practice and the NHS.
Gill’s previous career in corporate management provides her with valuable experience of the challenges of juggling the demands of work, relationships and family in today’s world. Accredited by the UKCP and a member of the BACP, she has worked with an extensive range of problems including anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, sexuality and relationship issues.
By exploring issues together in therapy and gaining insight into why we behave as we do, we can often create real change. Through a relational and collaborative exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours – and how you feel about the direction of your life – Gill can help you make sense of what is causing you distress. This new perspective can facilitate relief, resolution and growth.
